The state-of-the-art Aristopharma's plant, located at Shampur-Kadamtali I/A, 10 km from central Dhaka, is equipped with highly sophisticated and advanced facilities. It manufactures medicines of wide range of therapeutic classes like antiulcerants, antibiotics, NSAIDs, antipyretics, vitamins & minerals, laxatives, cardiovasculars, antidiabetics, steroids, antispasmodics, antihistamines, antipsychotics, antiemetics, antiseptics etc. in this plant. Aristopharma's 2nd plant with 66000 sq. ft. floor area was built in 2010 beside the existing plant (163000 sq. ft. floor area) to manufacture hi-tech products like inhalers, lyophilized injections, pre-filled syringes, suppositories, insulin & other bio-tech products. Each & every person of the plant is working relentlessly to uphold its world-class quality. The WHO approved cGMP guidelines are strictly followed in every single operation of plant. Recently Aristopharma has opened its new UK MHRA standard plant at Gachha, Gazipur with dedicated facility for cephalosporin products. Construction work of dedicated Ophthalmic & Oncology plants are also running in full swing in this new campus.
Aristopharma's plants are equipped with world class HVAC systems. All manufacturing devices are digitally programmed for highest precision. Its sterile unit is set with the complete line-up including Ampoule Washing, Sterilization, Autoclaving, Ampoule Filling and Sealing machines from world's premium pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers.
The ultra-modern Fluid Bed Processing Technology from Glatt, Germany, integrates all the jobs of mixing, granulation, drying in a single Programmable Logic Control Machine. After granulation, tablets go for compression & then coating. The hi-tech Tri-layer Tablet compression Machine, PTK which is used in Aristopharma, is rare in this part of the world. Highly efficient Glatt GC Smart Auto-spray Tablet Coating Machine is used in Aristopharma for the first time in Bangladesh, which ensures no human touch, so as the automatic encapsulation line up.
Aristopharma's signature line-up of totally CFC-free Inhalers is built with the world's best inhaler machines - LLEAL Mixing Vessel from Spain and PAMASOL filling machine from Switzerland. After filling each canister's weight and spray pressure is automatically checked and auto-labeled. Malvern Spraytec Particle Size Analyzer, Andersen Cascade Impactor & Single Stage Impactor are used to ensure best quality standard of each dose of inhaler.
Aristopharma is proud of its huge Ophthalmic unit, Aristovision – the no. 1 in Bangladesh where world class ophthalmic products are automatically filled, sealed & labeled up. This high precision ophthalmic unit has made Aristopharma distinctive & enviably proud.
Parallel to ophthalmics there are facilities for sterile injection, lyophilized injection, pre-filled syringe, Insulin & other biotech products in its sterile unit.
