Aristopharma Ltd., the leading pharmaceutical company of the country recently organized a seminar on Management of Hypertension – with their newly launched product Lacicard (Lacidipine) for the 1st time in Bangladesh.

Former Advisor to the Caretaker Govt. of Bangladesh Prof. (Emeritus) Dr. Sufia
Rahman discussed about the Management of Hypertension with the
new 4th generation calcium channel blocker Lacidipine
which shows less side effects comparing the other calcium
channel blocker drugs which are generally used in the treatment
of Hypertension. Prof. Dr. A.K.M.Rafique Uddin, Professor & Head, Department of Medicine,
Enam Medical College & Hospital, Savar, Dhaka and
Ex-Professor & Head, Department of Medicine, Dhaka Medical
College presided over this seminar as chairperson and Prof. Dr.
Nurul Islam, Consultant, Department of Nephrology, United
Hospital Ltd, Dhaka enlightened the chair of Chief Guest. The

Hassan, Director (Marketing & Commercial) Mr. Md. Mahboob
